Welcome to Autoskop. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Autoskop. Please read them carefully.

Autoskop is an online marketplace platform that connects vehicle buyers and sellers. We provide technology and tools to facilitate these connections, but we are not directly involved in transactions between users.

Important: Autoskop acts only as a platform operator. We do not own, sell, or manage the vehicles listed on our platform. All transactions are between individual users or sellers.

2.1 Creating an Account

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

2.2 Account Types

• Personal Accounts: For individual buyers. Can browse, save favorites, and contact sellers.
• Business/Seller Accounts: For professional sellers. Can create and manage vehicle listings.

2.3 Account Closure

We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, are involved in fraudulent activities, or abuse the platform.

3.1 Seller Responsibilities

As a seller, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about vehicles.
• Include all relevant details (make, model, year, mileage, condition, etc.).
• Attach clear, representative photos of the vehicle.
• Disclose all known defects, damages, or problems.
• Set fair and reasonable prices.
• Respond promptly to buyer inquiries.
• Ensure you have the legal right to sell the vehicle.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3.2 Prohibited Listings

You may not list:

• Stolen vehicles or vehicles with unclear ownership.
• Vehicles with tampered mileage or falsified documents.
• Vehicles that are unsafe or not roadworthy (unless clearly noted).
• Non-existent vehicles or fraudulent listings.
• Duplicate listings for the same vehicle.

3.3 Content Standards

Listings must not contain:

• Offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate language.
• False or misleading information.
• Contact information in listing descriptions (use the platform's messaging system).
• Links to external websites or competitor platforms.
• Spam, malicious software, or harmful content.

As a buyer, you agree to:

• Conduct due diligence before purchasing any vehicle.
• Inspect vehicles personally or arrange a professional inspection.
• Verify the vehicle's history, ownership, and documentation.
• Negotiate and complete transactions responsibly.
• Communicate respectfully with sellers.
• Do not engage in bid manipulation or fraudulent activities.

Important: Autoskop always recommends inspecting the vehicle before purchasing and obtaining a vehicle history report.

• All transactions are conducted directly between buyers and sellers. Autoskop is not a party to these transactions.
• Payment methods, terms, and agreements are determined by buyers and sellers.
• Autoskop does not handle payments, escrow services, or financial transactions (unless explicitly stated otherwise).
• Users are responsible for complying with tax laws and reporting requirements in their jurisdiction.
• Sellers are responsible for collecting applicable sales taxes.

6.1 Platform Content

The Autoskop platform, including its design, logo, graphics, and software, is owned by Autoskop and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

6.2 User Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload (photos, descriptions, etc.). By posting content, you grant Autoskop a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the platform.

6.3 Copyright Infringement

If you believe your copyright has been infringed, please contact us at copyright@autoskop.com.

You may not:

• Use the platform for any illegal purpose.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Post spam, advertisements, or unsolicited messages.
• Attempt to hack, compromise, or undermine the platform's security.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without permission.
• Bypass any security features or access controls.
• Engage in fraud, deceit, or fraudulent practices.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Autoskop has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior.

• Content that is hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise objectionable is prohibited.
• We may remove content, restrict visibility, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
• Users can report listings or sellers through the in-app Report feature, and we review reports promptly.

8.1 "As Is" Platform

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8.2 No Warranty for Listings

Autoskop does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of user-generated content, including vehicle listings. We are not responsible for:

• Accuracy of vehicle descriptions, conditions, or photos.
• Quality, safety, or legality of listed vehicles.
• Actions or omissions by buyers or sellers.
• Disputes between users.
• Failed transactions or fraudulent activities.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Autoskop and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the last 12 months (if any).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Autoskop and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) resulting from:

• Your use of the platform.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any third-party rights.
• Content you post on the platform.
• Transactions you conduct with other users.

10.1 User Disputes

Disputes between users (buyers and sellers) must be resolved directly between the parties. Autoskop may provide communication tools but is not responsible for dispute resolution.

10.2 Disputes with Autoskop

If you have a dispute with Autoskop, please contact us at contact@autoskop.mk to attempt informal resolution. If unresolved, disputes will be governed by the laws of North Macedonia and resolved in the courts of Skopje, North Macedonia.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the platform. Your continued use of Autoskop after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms regularly.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the platform will cease immediately.
• Your account and listings may be removed.
• Provisions that by their nature should survive (indemnification, disclaimers, etc.) will remain in effect.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Autoskop.
• Severability: If any provision is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms at any time.
• Third Party Rights: These Terms do not create any rights for third-party beneficiaries.
